Strength Balance and Flexibility Yoga Course
A five week course designed to introduce participants to a routine that will assist the body to develop strength, flexibility and balance.
This strength based yoga course, will stretch the body and incorporate rhythmic breathing allowing the body to become more fluid and ease tensions. It is suitable for everybody who is wanting to create a strong body and mind. To experience the real benefits and become proficient in the routines, continued practice is recommended
Our Stretch classes are suitable for everybody. This class targets specific areas of the body that will relieve tension in your joints and muscles specific to problematic areas. The purpose of the ST classes are to enhance a greater range of movement and ease within your body.
The sessions can be tailored to suit the needs and experience of all participants.
Yoga casual classes
Suitable for everybody, our casual yoga class is a good introduction to our yoga course or as a ongoing class. Each session will be tailored to the needs of the participants of each session.
**All classes have a maximum of six people so bookings are essential.
